Q: What size wire guardian do I use with this? I can't find a size to fit!!!

A: .018" is equal to about 0.4mm. All of the wire guards that we carry are 0.5mm or larger so any of the wire guards that we carry will fit.

Q: I called Customer Service to ask how I can connect this Beadalon wire to claps, connectors, etc. I was told to "tie it in a knot". Really? Can you please give me specific catalog numbers & descriptions for catalog items tha I can use to connect this specific Beadalon wire to clasps and connector rings for necklaces, etc ? Thank you, Tom

Q: how come they don't put the break # is on the product anymore. how can I find what the break point is on any stringing wire?

A: This information has never been available on any Beadalon or Soft Flex product as it is a stainless steel wire, making it is almost impossible to break.
