Get started creating your own earrings with our Sterling Silver Hoop Earrings. These hoops measure 12mm on the outside diameter and 8mm on the inside, the ring itself is 2mm thick. The ear wire itself is 22 gauge. This hoop is made of .925 Sterling Silver and is stamped on the backside of the wire.

Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver with other metals alloyed in to strengthen the metal. For this reason, Sterling Silver is not hypoallergenc, and we recommend using Niobium or Surgical Stainless Steel Earrings for those with metal allergies.

Remember to store your Sterling Silver jewelry in anti-tarnish packaging to keep your jewelry clean and free from tarnish. We recommend using our simple Anti-Tarnish Tabs to prevent tarnish from affecting your Sterling Silver Earrings.

exactly what I was looking for

I had a pair of sterling silver hoops and one broke. I was looking for another pair, but found that I could buy these as 1 each. I love using these hoops as a base to hang various gemstones or pearls. The size is perfect and not big to overwhelm my accent pieces. I bought 5. One for the missing pair and 4 to make 2 pairs.

Q: Can you fit a bead onto these? If so, what size hole? Thank you.

A: The bead hole size would need to be about 2.5mm so that it fits over the hinge and joint on the post size. Being that the bead hole would need to be that large it may be difficult to find a bead that would fit on this earring since it is so small.
