Service Matters Most!!!

This satin silver elastic cord is one of the better brands on the market as far as lasting style, but the JewelrySupply.com customer service team is the star in this review. After letting customer service know I received the wrong cord size, they immediately corrected the issue and the correct order was received in a matter of days!
