1) Take one of the 2?" lengths of wire and thread on one 3mm Silver bead and an Abalone bead. Repeat this three more times and cap off this beading with one last 3mm Silver bead.

2) Fill up the chamber on one of the end caps with the glue. DO NOT fill to the edge of the cap, rather one or two drops of glue will do the job perfectly. Fit the ends of the beaded wire into the cap and allow it to sit, undisturbed for at least 5 mins. Make sure that the wire is pushed all the way to the back of the end cap.

3) Repeat steps #1 and #2 to make the body of the other earring.

2) Open the connector loops on each of the earwires and attach one to each of the end caps. Done.

Clear instructions, learned a new skill along the way

This is one of my favorite earring projects so far-- I didn't know how to use bead caps before, so I was able to learn a new skill along the way, not to mention the final result looks pretty good. I'd consider adding crimp beads both before the beading and after the last bead in step one to keep the beads in place. Gravity will usually keep them down, of course, but crimps would be a good addition to keep the design secure. Also the instructions make sense, so that's always a plus. Great project!
