Our 20 gauge Natural Copper Artistic Wire has been treated with an added copper color and protectant clear coat over the base copper wire to keep its color over use and time. Because of this coating, it's strongly advise to NOT use this with heat or soldering as it can permanently change the color and look of the wire. This wire is great for both Beading and Wire Wrapping projects due to it's softness and flexibility.
