Made of Type 316L Stainless Steel, this specially tempered wire has a different feel than other half-hard materials such as Gold-filled or Sterling Silver, and it is a great alternative and is stronger. This material is perfect for teaching classes and practice. Ideal for all types of wire-wrapping, weight-bearing designs, and holding designs together. Stainless Steel is harder and will work harden faster than other wires, and resembles the finish of vintage platinum.

Wire working made easy!

Great product. Great value. My most used gauge for delicate beads to hardy stones. Wrapping to making my own findings, this is a 'work horse' on my bench.

Favorite so far

I love making my own pins and this wire is great for it. I haven't tried heavier gauge yet but this one hits the spot for pliability and stability.

I loved the stainless wire

The stainless steal wire was great heavy and strong I brought other wire was very weak and broke easy I like my jewery to last aspealy my beaded jewery because I only uses real gem stone beads, I will order again I like to order silver and gold wire next but I want it to last please
