tray holder

Solution works great. Brush began to fall apart during the first use. The stem on the tray holder is way too short. I had to submerge my hand to grab it; kept slipping away; spilled a lot of the solution.

Works as described

Works just like it says. Jewelry may need scrubbed and this comes with a tiny brush so that is nice (plus the tray so you can get your item out easily)

Q: It says non-porous. does that exclude turquoise and pearls? what happens if you use on porous gems?

A: Correct. Non-porous excludes items such as turquoise, oplas and pearls as they could absorb the cleaning ingredients. We recommend simple dish soap and water for cleaning those items.

Q: After 3 weeks of ownership of my new gold plated CelibriumI class ring i put it in this solution for a half hour because I forgot Iivr left it in there. It looks great, but I wanted to know if the plating will wear and tarnish faster now, as I’ve heard, some of these solutions for for gold and silver only, not gold playing, even with strong slots mixed with it like zinc and copper which is Crlebrium. Should I not use this for this ring anymore?

A: We spoke to the manufacture and this is their response. - "it should be just fine but he needs to follow direction panel instructions. If he continues to leave it in longer it could mess with the plating in time."
