  1. Take the 7" length of chain and open eight jump rings. Use two of the open jump rings to attach the circle half of the toggle clasp to one end of the chain. Make a chain out of the remaining six jump rings - two jump rings for each link of this chain - and use this to attach the bar half of the toggle clasp to the other end of the chain. Make sure all jump rings are closed securely.
  2. Open the remaining jump rings and use these to attach each of the charms to various links throughout the length of chain. This charms on the bracelet pictured above are attached with three to four links between each charm.
  3. Pile all of the headpins and bicones in front of you. Take one headpin and thread on a bicone. Begin to make a wrapped loop with your Chain Nose and Round Nose pliers, attaching this loop to a link on the chain before wrapping the loop shut. Snip off the excess wire with your Side Cutters. Repeat this step fifty-nine more times until all of the bicones and all but one headpin are securely attached to the length of chain.
  4. With the last headpin, thread on the skull bead and then begin to make another wrapped loop (don't worry, this is the absolute last wrapped loop in this project!) with your Chain and Round Nose pliers. Before closing this loop, attach it to the end link that the jump rings are attached to on the circle half of the Toggle Clasp.
