1) Open the loops at the base of both of the eyepins and thread one feather charm onto each. Close both loops on the eyepins securely.

2) Take one of the eyepins and thread on one African turquoise bead, and one Swarovski briolette crystal. Make a wrapped loop with the remaining wire. Repeat this step with the other eyepin.

3) Open the loops at the base of each of the earwires and connect one to each of the simple loops that you just created in the previous step. Done!
