These Lobster Clasps in Surgical Stainless Steel are easy to operate, and very reliable. The simple design features the same high quality as our standard Lobster Clasps. The Jump Ring is 1mm.

Surgical Stainless Steel is a hypo-allergenic metal which is perfect for anyone who suffers from allergies to nickel. Although all Surgical Stainless Steel contains nickel in trace amounts, the nickel is stabilized with the Stainless Steel and is considered to be safe for anyone who may have nickel allergies. Our products are made from high grade #316 or #430 Surgical Stainless Steel and meet the Mayo Clinic recommendations as well as the EU Nickel Directive. Surgical Stainless Steel is a great metal for jewelry making as it never tarnishes.

Great Clasp!
I needed lobster clasps that wouldn't tarnish. I've gotten some at local art and craft stores and they can tarnish in a week when removed from the packaging. These have not tarnished yet and still look in perfect condition. I've been wearing it continuously for weeks now and it looks perfect. The only complaint is that on a few of them the little piece that opens so you can connect the jewelry is wiggly.

Love rounded clasp!
This round lobster claw clasp is very easy to open! I like that it is sturdy and works well as a clasp, yet is easier to open than other clasps I have tried.

Wonderfully Strong Clasps
I LOVE these clasps! I make watchbands and I need strong clasps and these are wonderful.They hold up under day to day use very well. I like they are surgical steel and that they look pretty too.
