Gorgeous Chain!!

Looks to be very good quality, adds just the right amount of shimmer. Not that gaudy gold like when it is fake. I will definitely continue buying this chain!

Q: Could you please tell me if your gold and silver plated chains are plated in genuine gold and silver or just gold and silver colour please?

A: Yes, gold plated and silver plated both contain genuine gold and silver, though gold filled chains will have more gold content than a gold plated chain. Gold plated chains have a very thin, almost microscopic, layer of gold that is electroplated onto the base metal.

Q: After recently having purchased a gold plated chain from another supplier I am rather wary of purchasing one again. It tarnished in two days and turned my skin blue. How long does a chain like this typically hold up to wear?

A: our gold plated chains are heavily plated so that it takes a long time before they begin to wear. However, it sounds like you are allergic to the base metal used to make the chains. We would recommend you consider stainless steel chain, which while it is white not yellow, will not cause an allergic reaction.

Q: The first question ask if this is plated with real gold, the answer was yes, just less gold than gold filled chains have. The fourth question addresses as similar question and says it is not plated with real gold…so which is it? Does your gold plating contain real gold?
