made of surgical stainless steel
less chance of skin allergic reaction, price is reasonable, size of pad is big for my intended purpose, I should have gotten a smaller size. However I found another way to use it by gluing flat pearls on it and turned out well.

Look nice a nice flat base. They are a little difficult to get the earring back onto but other than that they work just fine.

Great Earring Post
Exactly what I needed for my earrings. I looked for quality on amazon, ebay and my local craft stores. They didn't give me the quality I wanted. These came with the cut at the base of the post to give the earring back (closure) an extra snug fit, the others I ordered from other companies did not. I will be ordering more of these post backs. So glad I found JS. I highly recommend.

nice size for small stones
Made a pair with small pieces of light green flourite and they look great. A nice touch would be to include backs.

A great addition for stud earrings
