Q: I've tried a few silicone backs. And they've been either hard and/or with holes that are really too small for my sterling posts. They've been so tight that it has been a struggle to remove them. would you please let me know if these have holes that actually accommodate most normal sized posts. And also, are the silicone parts soft/flexible or stiff? Thanks

A: These silicone ear backs actually have metal ear backs (sterling silver/gold) secured within them. This makes it so that the backs can fit any standard size earring post. The silicone itself is stiff, but slightly flexible to allow for comfort when wearing.
