Instructions.

1) Take the first 22" length of cording and thread on one bead tip (clam shell opening facing towards the end of the cord) and one spearamint seed bead. Make an overhand knot with the cording, and then slip the tip of the tweezers into the knot and clasp onto the cording between the seed bead and the beadtip. Pull the knot tight (just like pearl knotting) and then do the knot one more time just to make sure that the knot will be held in place. To secure the knot, put a small drop of Zap-a-Gap right onto the knot and allow to dry before picking up.

2) When the glue has dried, snip away the excess thread tail with your scissors. Take your Chain Nose pliers and close the clam-shell. Fit the loop of the beadtip around either of the outside loops on one half of the Hook and Eye Clasp. (Keep in mind that you will attach the other end of this strand to the same loop on the other half of the Hook and Eye Clasp) and then roll the loop closed with your Round Nose Pliers.

3) String on enough spearamint seed beads until you have 15¾" worth of beads on the cord. If you have a needle with a large enough eye to fit the cording, by all means, use it. For this project I found it was just as easy to moisten the tip of my index finger on my non-dominant hand, and then use the finger to press down on a section of seed beads that I had poured out. After picking up the seed beads, simply press the beads between your index finger and thumb. Use the end of the cording like a needle, and roll the beads between your fingers to position them correctly to be threaded onto the cording. After you have the seed beads threaded, thread on another beadtip (clamshell facing out) and one more spearamint seed bead. Repeat steps #1 and #2 again to finish the other end of the first beaded length of cord.

4) Repeat steps #1 and #2 again to attach the next 22" length of cording to the one half of the Hook and Eye Clasp. (Only this time, you'll be using the transparent AB seed beads and make sure you attach this cord to the middle loop on the Hook and Eye Clasp)

5) String on enough transparent AB seed beads until you have 16" worth of beads on the cord. Thread on another beadtip (clamshell facing out) and one more transparent AB seed bead. Repeat steps #1 amd #2 to finish the other end of the second beaded length of cord.

6) Repeat steps #1 and #2 again to attach the last 22" length of cording to the last loop on the Hook and Eye Clasp. (Only this time, you'll be using the final color seed bead; turquoise) String on enough turquoise seed beads until you have 17½" worth of beads on the cord. Thread on another beadtip (clamshell facing out) and one more turquoise seed bead. Repeat steps #1 and #2 to finish the other end of this last beaded length of cord.

To Finish.

7) Open the three jump rings and use each of these to attach one charm to each of the seed bead lengths. Make sure that all of the jump rings are closed tightly and the beadtip are all secured. Done!
