1) Take 2 yards of Fireline, fold in half and thread an needle onto the cording. Condition the thread with some Thread Heaven about three times. Thread on 32 11/0 Cobalt seed beads and then go through the first seed bead again to close the loop securely. Leave about a 6" tail. Create a peyote stitch around this loop until you come back to the first seed bead.

2) Step up through the first seed bead on the first row and the first seed bead on the second row. (Please refer to the video linked above if you need visual instruction how to step up in an even-count tubular peyote stitch) Now, continue with your peyote stitch, but this time use the 15/0 Metallic Brass Iris seed beads. You'll have to pull tension to close the gap between the larger seed beads and smaller seed beads as you stitch each 15/0 into the loop. Go around with the 15/0's twice. When you come back to the beginning of the second 15/0 loop, take you needle on a diagonal through the one of the first 15/0's that you threaded on, along with two of the 11/0's. You will come out of the 11/0 on the back side of the loop, ready to thread on the two rows of 15/0 on this side next. But before doing so, position a 12mm Rivoli into the loop so that the front is facing the side that you just completed. Don't worry if it seems as though the Rivoli isn't 100% secured in the loop. It will be like this until you have secured the two 15/0 seed bead rows on the backside. It helps to hold the crystal in place with your thumb on your non-dominant hand while stitching around it with your dominant hand. That way, you reduce the wiggle room of the rivoli. After threading the two rows on the backside of the loop, take the needle on the diagonal again, only this time, you'll go through the adjacent seed bead (which happens to be from the previous row)

3) Note where the cord tail is - position it so that the tail is coming out of the lower left corner. Go back to the seed bead that your needle is coming out of. Look at how the Cobalt 11/0 seed beads are lined up around the circumference of the Rivoli stone. As with all peyote stitch, you'll see that there's a pattern of two seed beads right next to one another (or on top of each other) with one single 11/0 seed bead in-between. For the rest of the instruction, any of these single 11/0 seed beads will be referred to as the "middle" 11/0. Take your needle through the adjacent "middle" seed bead. Continue to thread through each of the "middle" seed beads until you reach the lower right corner of the beadwork. Thread on a Topaz Round, followed by 32 11/0 seed beads. Go back down through the Topaz Round and then thread through the seed bead that you came out of to thread on the Topaz Round. Come up through the seed bead, through the Topaz Round, and then the first 11/0 seed bead in the round. Now you'll create the beaded Rivoli like you did in steps #1 and #2. When you have both side beaded and you've taken the needle on the diagonal through the seed beads to get to a "middle" seed bead again - continue to bead through all "middle" seed beads until you reach the upper right hand corner of the beaded rivoli.

4) Repeat all steps to create the length of the necklace - don't worry about the second topaz bead at this point. You'll thread those on after you have the length of your bracelet. You might find that in order to keep your rivolis from twisting around on themselves, it's easier to take a length of tape and place a length on the front and back of your beading to keep everything in place. Make sure to condition your thread with the Thread Heaven periodically to keep the cording from collecting friction and knot-free.

5) At the end of this, you should have a length of beading that has beaded rivolis off-set from one another. You should take your needle and go through all of the "middle" seed beads with the remaining cording until you have reached the middle to lower right corner of the last beaded rivoli. Thread on two Topaz Rounds, two 11/0 seed beads, followed by ten 15/0 seed beads. Thread on one half of the Toggle Clasp and then take the needle back through the first 11/0 seed bead and the two Topaz Rounds. Take your needle through the opposite end of the "middle" seed bead that you came out of to thread on the two Topaz Rounds. Go through the next "middle" bead in this direction and then go through one of the beaded 11/0 just next to this "middle" bead. Take your needle around and back through this 11/0 and make a quick knot. Go through the seed bead again and then make another knot. Make it tight, seal it with a drop of glue if you like and then snip off the very end of the cording. Use a thread burner if you have one to seal the ends of the cording so that it doesn't back out of the knot. Go back to the opposite end of the bracet, and repeat the finishing step with the tail that you left on the this side. Make sure to thread on the other half of the Toggle Clasp and finish off the cording just as you did on the other side. Remove the tape if you like at this point.

6) Take about a yards worth of Fireline, thread on the needle and condition it. Tie two knots in the cording at the very end and go through one of the 11/0 seed beads on the back of the bracelet to reach one of the "middle" seed beads. Continue threading your way through the "middle" seed beads until you reach the "middle" seed bead next to the one that you came out of to thread on the first Topaz Round. Thread on another Topaz Round and then go through the 11/0 seed bead that is adjacent to the 11/0 seed bead on the next beaded rivoli. Continue to thread through the "middle" seed beads until you reach the next 11/0 "middle" seed bead that is next to the "middle" seed bead that you came out of to thread on the now attached Topaz Round. Thread on another Topaz Round and then go through the 11/0 seed bead that is adjacent to the 11/0 seed bead on the next beaded rivoli. Repeat this step until you reach the very end of the bracelet. Exit the beaded by going through an 11/0 that is right next to the last "middle" seed bead that you would like to end at. After taking the needle on the diagonal and coming out through that side seed bead, go around and back through the side seed bead, making a knot. Go around and back through the same side bead and make another knot. Pull tight and use a spot of glue if you like. Cut the ends of the cording and use a threadburner to seal the cording so that it won't back out of the knot.
