Jewelry Supply offers four different types of gift cards: "Jewelry Supply Gift Cards, Promotional Gift Cards, Store Credit Gift Cards and Customer Care Gift Cards. Please see below for the terms and conditions that apply to each one."
Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards
A "Gift Card" is a gift card, whether in the form of a virtual e-card or an actual physical gift card, purchased from Jewelry Supply Inc. ("Jewelry Supply") in a dollar denomination ranging from US $5.00 to US $250.00. The term "Gift Card" does not include "Promotional Gift Card", "Store Credit Gift Card" or "Customer Care Gift Card".
The following forms of payment are accepted for Gift Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, BitCoin, and PayPal.
A Gift Card can be redeemed only through www.jewelrysupply.com
(the "Website") and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise or services offered for sale on the Website. To redeem a Gift Card, you must enter your gift card ID in the "Have a coupon code or gift certificate?" area on the shopping cart page or checkout page.
If you use your Gift Card to make a purchase on the Website and your purchase does not exhaust the credit balance on your Gift Card, then you may use the remaining balance for future purchases, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. If you use your Gift Card to make a purchase on the Website which exceeds the credit balance on your Gift Card, you will have to use another payment method to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
If you purchase a Gift Card and request a refund within seven (7) calendar days after purchase, then your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Gift Cards do not expire.
No Dormancy Fee: Jewelry Supply will not assess a service fee or dormancy fee with respect to a Gift Card.
A Gift Card cannot be used toward the purchase of a new Gift Card.
Additional credit cannot be added to a Credit Gift Card after it has been issued by Jewelry Supply.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards are replaced (to the extent of remaining balance) only with valid proof of purchase.
No Gift Card is redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law.
A Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card.

Except to the extent of any express conflict with these Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards, Jewelry Supply's standard Policy and Agreement applies to Gift Cards. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions are enforced except where prohibited by law.
Terms and Conditions for Promotional Gift Cards
A "Promotional Gift Card" means any gift card, whether in the form of a virtual e-card or an actual physical card, given away by Jewelry Supply Inc. ("Jewelry Supply") as part of an awards, loyalty or promotional program without any money or other thing of value being paid in exchange for the gift card. The term "Promotional Gift Card" does not include "Gift Card", "Store Credit Gift Card" or "Customer Care Gift Card".
A PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD OFFERED WHEN YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOU ARE INVOICED FOR YOUR PURCHASE.
A Promotional Gift Card can be redeemed only through www.jewelrysupply.com (the "Website") and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise or services offered for sale on the Website. To redeem a Promotional Gift Card, you must enter your gift card ID in the "Have a coupon code or gift certificate?" area on the shopping cart page or checkout page.

A PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARD EXPIRES ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT IS ISSUED.
If you receive a Promotional Gift Card in connection with your purchase of an item, your Promotional Gift Card will be voided if you subsequently return that item to Jewelry Supply for a refund.
Please note: Jewelry Supply reserves the right to block the customer account of any customer who repeatedly seeks to return an item (for which a Promotional Gift Card was issued when the item was purchased), for a refund after first using that Promotional Gift Card toward the purchase of a different item.
A Promotional Gift Card may not be resold, and Jewelry Supply reserves the right to void any Promotional Gift Card it believes has been resold.

("Jewelry Supply") which is entitled "Store Credit Gift Card.". The term "Store Credit Gift Card" does not include "Gift Card", "Promotional Gift Card" or "Customer Care Gift Card".
